Important Information

If you or anyone in your household is experiencing any of the following symptoms of coronavirus:

  • New continuous cough
  • High temperature
  • New loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

OR

  • You have been advised by NHS Test and Trace that you have had contact with a confirmed case

DO NOT come to the practice. Please seek advice online from NHS 11

Please note that you can directly obtain an isolation certificate for your employer from NHS 111 online

Changes to our appointment system

In an effort to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19 we are temporarily changing the appointment system in the surgery until further notice.

All GP appointments will only be over the telephone as a TELEPHONE TRIAGE appointment. Receptionists cannot book patients in to be seen by a GP.

Please ring the surgery at 08:00am to arrange for a telephone triage. Do not come into the surgery

GP appointments currently booked will automatically be converted to a telephone appointment – affected patients will be contacted individually.

In addition, any patients booked to see the nurse will be screened prior to attending the practice and on arrival.

Please contact the surgery if you are unsure if you should attend.
